Recruiting process

  • This general application will allow us to get to know you better and evaluate your CV and skills.

  • In this first interview we want to get to know you better, so relax and give it your best.

  • In the second interview, you will be tested by the respective Manager and Head of Area. Also, we will ask you to do an exercise to have a 360° understanding of your profile.

  • In this third and final interview, you will meet our CEO so he can get to know you and provide an ultimate evaluation on your profile.

  • By scheduling a meeting 1:1 with your past colleagues and supervisors we can have a clearer vision on how to give you the right training and development tools to take you to the next level in your career with us.
