💼 About the position:

Join us as a Customer Success Intern to bring clean solar energy to Mexico! ! You’ll work closely with our Customer Success Team to play a critical role in achieving Bright’s goals by aligning with the company’s priorities. You’ll be responsible for supporting contractor recruitment efforts, optimizing interconnection processes, and designing digital tools to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. In this role, you’ll collaborate with a dynamic team to drive meaningful change in the solar energy industry.

🥇 Who you are:

  • Academic Background: You’re a student in the final semesters of Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Power Systems, Graphic Design, Systems Engineering, Communication, or related fields.

  • Technical Skills: You are proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, data analysis), familiar with project management tools (MS Project, Asana, Airtable), and design tools (Illustrator, Canva, Figma). Experience with data analysis tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus.

  • Communication: You have clear and effective oral and written communication skills.

  • Organization: You have strong organizational skills, managing multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Problem-Solving: You are autonomous and proactive in tackling challenges.

  • Collaboration: You are a team player with a collaborative mindset for multidisciplinary projects.

  • English: You have intermediate English proficiency, allowing you to read and discuss technical content effectively.

  • Nice to Have:

  • Electrical standards: Knowledge of technical documentation and electrical standards.

  • CFE knowledge: Familiarity with CFE interconnection processes.

  • Digital tools: Experience in designing digital tools or personalized kits.

  • Customer experience: Understanding of customer experience (CX) and onboarding processes. 

💻 Your tasks and responsibilities will be:

  • This involves supporting contractor recruitment, collaborating in the creation of digital tools to enhance the customer experience, testing these tools, and monitoring contractor performance. You will also focus on improving interconnection processes and tracking customer satisfaction metrics.

  • Support the identification of skills required for contractors and help create geographical areas where contractors are needed.

  • Collaborate in the design and creation of digital tools and customized kits to improve the customer experience during installation, interconnection, and activation.

  • Assist in conducting pilot tests of digital tools, collect feedback, and track customer experience metrics.

  • Participate in the recruitment process of new contractors and monitor their performance during the trial period.

    • Objective: Enhance the customer success experience through effective tools and recruitment.

  • Key Result 1: Improve contractor recruitment processes, ensuring the right skills and capabilities are in place.

  • Key Result 2: Increase customer satisfaction through the development and testing of digital tools and kits.

  • Key Result 3: Optimize interconnection processes with measurable reductions in time and cost.

  • Key Result 4: Enhance contractor performance and overall efficiency in customer-facing operations.
