💼 About the position:
Join us as an Industrial Engineering Analyst to bring clean solar energy to Mexico! Work with our Operations Team and play a critical role in achieving Bright’s goals by aligning with the company's priorities. You'll be responsible for ensuring the best customer journey for customers in the approval phase by giving first-hand technical solutions and follow-up. Finally, this position is in charge of analyzing the procurement of Bright products to deliver an efficient installation to our clients. You will collaborate with Industrial Sales, Project Managers and Procurement teams to drive profitability growth and conversion rate increase of industrial projects we sell.

Your experience and skills:
Technical skills: You have a bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical, Industrial, or Renewable Energies).
Previous experience: You have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in the photovoltaic energy industry, specializing in using photovoltaic software and best practices for simulations and energy optimization.
English: You are comfortable speaking English and communicating concisely .
Electrical Wiring Knowledge: You have the ability to create and audit electrical wiring calculations respecting Mexican electrical norms.
Strong knowledge of industrial (Medium voltage) electrical installations: You have experience designing solar PV projects that comply with relevant construction norms.
Detail oriented: You can identify all possible obstacles that can affect our system’s production and identify all possible risks of soiling according to the type of industry.
Creativity: You can think out of the box to solve technical problems.
Organization: You are be able to deliver all the information needed according to our standards, and can provide deliverables on the time required (Service Level Agreement)
Communication: You are able to take meetings with installers to round up design specifications and to communicate effectively with your team members and other departments.
💻 Your tasks and responsibilities will be:
This involves ensuring the quality and compliance of solar PV project designs with Bright’s standards and relevant norms while maintaining alignment with financial and operational objectives. You will be responsible for auditing engineering designs, turnkey EPC quotes, and ensuring seamless communication with EPCs to guarantee timely and accurate project execution.
Ensure 100% compliance with design audits within the established service level agreement (SLA), adhering to Bright's quality and financial standards.
Audit project CapEx to confirm turnkey EPC quotes align with Bright’s requirements and relevant construction norms.
Conduct engineering audits to verify that line diagrams are correctly dimensioned according to NOMS and project scope.
Review and validate that EPC quotations include all necessary components to execute construction on time, aligned with Gantt charts and CapEx requirements.
Maintain clear communication with EPCs to confirm design specifications and installation quotation details, ensuring the accuracy and quality of final project plans.

Objective: Ensure Bright is financially sustainable by maximizing project profitability.
Key result 1: >99% accuracy on monthly forecasting vs real expenses.
Key result 2: >10% total CapEx reduction (including marginal and overhead expenses).
Objective: Streamline overall supply chain processes to increase customer satisfaction
Key result 1: >30% reduction in material SLA complete delivery for residential, small commercial, and industrial projects.
Key result 2: 50% reduction in the average inventory rotation days.
