💼 About the position:

Join us as a Photovoltaic Design Analyst to bring clean solar energy to Mexico! Work with our Operations Team and play a critical role in achieving Bright's goals by aligning with the company's priorities. You'll be responsible for ensuring the best customer journey for customers in the approval phase by providing firsthand technical solutions and following up. You will collaborate with the Sales Team, Operations Team, and Customer Enjoyment Success to drive the project's approval and efficient installation for our clients.  

🥇 Who you are:

  • You are a recent graduate with up to 2 years of experience in the clean energy industry.

  • You are comfortable speaking English and communicating concisely. 

  • You have  the following skills:

    • Electrical Wiring Knowledge:

      • (i.e., You performed detailed electrical wiring calculations for a solar power system, including wire sizes and circuit breakers to ensure safety and efficiency in the photovoltaic system).

    • Detail Oriented:

      • (i.e., You identified potential obstacles such as shading from nearby structures and suboptimal panel orientation. You proposed adjustments to the panel layout and installation position to maximize energy production and system efficiency).

    • Creativity:

      • (i.e., You developed a creative solution by designing a custom mounting system that allowed for optimal panel tilt and spacing).

    • Organization:

      • (i.e., You managed the documentation for a sizeable photovoltaic project, including system designs, component specifications, and compliance reports. You ensured all documents were organized, completed accurately, and delivered on schedule, meeting all project deadlines and service level agreements).

    • Communication skills:

      • (i.e., You coordinated with engineers, installers, and project managers to ensure the photovoltaic system design was understood and implemented correctly. Your clear and effective communication helped resolve design issues quickly and ensured a smooth installation process).

  • Preferred:

    • You have experience with 3D modeling and Photovoltaic software.

      • (i.e., Helioscope, AutoCAD, Sketchup, SolidWorks, PVSYSTr).

💻 Your tasks and responsibilities will be:

  • Design approval:

    • 100% compliance with design approval is in service level agreement and follows Bright quality standards.

      • (i.e., Review and revise photovoltaic system designs on demand, ensuring they comply with quality standards and local regulations while addressing specific client needs and optimizing performance).

  • Technical Information approval and Technical Visits revision:

    • 100% Compliance with the Technical Information Approval service level agreement.

      • (i.e., Review information to request designs from on-demand designers, ensuring the completion of up to 40 designs daily).

    • 100% Compliance with Technical Visit submission service level agreement.

      • (i.e., Coordinate with installers to ensure technical site visits are conducted as scheduled and follow up to obtain and review their reports).

    • Enable two Top-priority slots for Technical Information revision and design approval.

      • (i.e., Allocate two dedicated time slots each day for urgent technical revisions and design approvals to ensure timely processing).

    • Exceptional installation follow-up with customer enjoyment and installation teams.

      • (i.e., Conduct follow-up meetings with Customer Enjoyment and Installations teams to address and resolve any post-installation issues).

    • Give information about the design when requested by Operations and Maintenance and Customer Enjoyment.

      • (i.e., Provide timely design information to Operations and Maintenance and Customer Enjoyment teams upon request to facilitate their tasks).

  • You have a certification in Lean Six Sigma, Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or related. (Desired)

    • (i.e., Applied Lean Six Sigma methodologies to streamline workflows and eliminate waste, contributing to significant cost savings and enhanced productivity.)

  • You have experience with transportation and inventory management systems (Odoo Inventory, Zoho Inventory) (Desired)

    • (i.e., You have leveraged Zoho Inventory to integrate with e-commerce platforms, enhancing real-time visibility and reducing order processing times by 20%.)

  • You have five years of leadership experience in contract management and negotiations. (Desired)

    • Ensure that electrical components and installation calculations are following Mexican standards.

      • (i.e., Create a detailed materials list for approved projects, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project specifications and requirements.)

  • Objective: Technical Information Revision

    • Key Result: 100% Top priority designs approved within Service Level Agreements. 

  • Objective: Visit Reports in SLA

    • Key Result 2: 65% Technical visit reports with extra cost quotes delivered within Service Level Agreements.

  • Objective: Design Approval within SLA

    • Key Result 3: 100% Predesigns, redesigns, and post-approval designs approved within the Service Level Agreements.
