Join us as a Customer Success Specialist and become the face of Bright’s mission to bring clean solar energy to every corner of Mexico! You’ll play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer experiences, solving inquiries,, and collaborating with various teams to ensure smooth and efficient service.

🥇 Who you are:
Technical Skills:
You have a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Communications, Business, or a related field.
You have 0–2 years of experience in roles that involve customer interaction, such as sales, hospitality, education, or similar fields. Experience directly in customer service is a plus but not required.
You have most of the following:
Academic Excellence: You excelled at a top university, graduating with a strong GPA (above 9.0) and earning scholarships or awards for academic achievement.
International Experience: You’ve gained global exposure through studying abroad, completing an exchange program, or engaging in international collaborations.
Athletics: You’ve participated in competitive sports, demonstrating discipline, teamwork, and resilience in achieving personal or team goals.
Extracurricular Excellence: You’ve shown leadership in extracurricular activities, such as clubs, volunteering, or academic challenges, driving meaningful results and making a difference.
Problem-Solving: You enjoy tackling challenges head-on, creating solutions that improve outcomes.
Customer-Centric Mindset: You take pride in delivering positive experiences and making others feel valued.
Proactivity: You identify opportunities to improve and take action to implement changes.
Public Speaking: You’re comfortable presenting ideas or engaging with others in group settings.
Adaptability: You thrive in dynamic environments and are quick to learn new tools and processes.
Passion for Sustainability: You’re inspired by the opportunity to make a positive environmental and social impact.
Nice to have:
Familiarity with CRM tools like Zendesk or similar platforms.
English proficiency for global communication.
💻 Your tasks and responsibilities will be:
Customer Support Excellence: Respond to inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and phone, solving issues with empathy and efficiency.
Technical Visit Coordination: Schedule and manage service visits, ensuring seamless follow-ups and timely solutions.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work with diverse teams across Bright to resolve escalations and improve processes.
Process Innovation: Identify trends, propose improvements, and help streamline the customer experience.
Customer Relationships: Build trust and long-term relationships by ensuring satisfaction at every step of the journey.

We measure success with Objective Key Results (OKRs). Your goals include:
Achieving a 95% Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT).
Ensuring 95% of tickets are resolved within SLAs.
Accurately logging 100% of customer interactions.
