💼 About the position:
Join us as an Installer Developer Analyst to bring clean solar energy to Mexico! Work with our Operations Team and play a critical role in developing and empowering our installer network. You'll be responsible for driving our installer partners' growth and skill development by implementing strategic training programs, creating incentive initiatives, and providing continuous support and feedback. You will collaborate with the Installers, Quality Assurance, Design, and Customer Experience teams to ensure that installers are equipped to meet our high service quality standards and achieve Bright's ambitious installation goals.

Technical skills: You have 1 year of experience in Project Management.
English: You are comfortable speaking English and communicating concisely.
Project Management: You have successfully managed projects within tight timelines and met critical milestones.
Adaptability: You are comfortable working under pressure and can adapt and re-prioritize tasks quickly in a dynamic environment.
Effective Communication: You have proven experience explaining technical concepts to a non-technical audience, leading cross-functional meetings, and resolving issues effectively by providing precise and actionable recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Data Analysis: You are skilled in designing performance dashboards, tracking KPIs, and using data-driven insights to optimize processes and achieve set targets, as well as consistently using metrics to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies accordingly.
Teamwork: You have a proven track record of successfully collaborating with cross-functional teams, creating a supportive environment, and fostering solid interpersonal relationships to achieve shared goals.

💻 Your tasks and responsibilities will be:
This involves ensuring that installers consistently meet service-level agreements (SLAs) from the start of installation through interconnection, addressing performance issues promptly to uphold high standards. You will implement growth programs, create onboarding and incentive plans, and foster strong relationships with the installer community to drive professional growth, adherence to standards, and continuous improvement. Success in this role requires a combination of strategic planning, relationship-building, and operational excellence.
Ensure that installers meet service-level agreements from the start of the installation and site visit until the interconnection. You consistently monitor performance and address any issues promptly to maintain high service standards.
Implement and develop growth programs for installers and execute structure plans encompassing professional growth.
Create comprehensive onboarding programs for new installers that encompass company culture, clearly outline expectations, and provide technical training.
Develop, monitor, and refine incentive programs designed to motivate installers to ensure the effective reward of high performance, encourage adherence to standards, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Gather feedback from installers regarding their experience, training needs, and overall satisfaction.
Act as a liaison between Bright and the installer community, building trust and fostering strong professional relationships.
🎯 Your Key Results will be:
At Bright we operate on the Objective Key Results System pioneered at Intel and used widely at Google and many tech companies. For this specific role, your Key Results (upon which your success will be measured) is:
Objective 1: Ensure top performance and quality standards among installers.
Key Result: 100% of installers meet or exceed the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Key Result: 100% of the installer pool is evaluated monthly, with an average performance score greater than 4.5.
Objective 2: Support the company’s growth in solar installations.
Key Result: Contribute to achieving the goal of installing 4.5 MW in distributed generation by efficiently assigning volume to installers.
Key Result: Ensure the required installer capacity to complete 150% of assigned projects with a welcome call in a month.
