💼 About the position:

Join us as a Recruitment Analyst to bring clean solar energy to Mexico! Work with our Recruitment Team  and play a critical role in achieving Bright’s goals by aligning with the company's priorities. You'll be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and selecting candidates who fit our vacancies while managing the recruitment process for them. You will collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand the needs of the roles, define the profiles, and ensure that the candidates presented meet the technical and cultural requirements.

🥇 Who you are:

  •  You have a bachelor's degree, preferably in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

  • You have a minimum of 1 year of experience in  end to end Recruitment processes.

  • Effective communication: 

    • (I.e. You will convey information clearly, both orally and in writing, as you will be in constant communication with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders).

  • Empathy and interpersonal skills: 

    • (I.e. You will connect with and understand candidates to establish trust and align their needs and expectations with those of the company).

  • Problem-solving: 

    • (I.e. You will face constant challenges, such as finding talent in competitive markets or resolving internal conflicts. Strong problem-solving skills are key).

  • Time management: 

    • (I.e. You will handle multiple vacancies and stages of the process at once, so good organization and prioritization skills are essential).

  • Stress management and resilience: 

    • (I.e. You will face changes and new challenges typical of a startup by following our processes with stakeholders and candidate)s.

  • Sourcing techniques: 

    • (I.e. Searching for and attracting talent on various platforms, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, or specialized databases, is a key skill).

  • CV and profile evaluation: 

    • (I.e. You will quickly detect key skills, relevant experience, and potential through candidates’ CVs and profiles).

  • Proactivity:

    • (I.e. You will proactively seek new ways to source candidates and implement new strategies for candidate sourcing and recruitment).

  • Data analysis: 

    • (I.e. Using recruitment metrics, such as time to hire, conversion rate, and cost per hire, is crucial for optimizing the process and making informed decisions).

  • Preferred:

    • You are comfortable speaking English and communicating concisely 

    • Recruitment software knowledge (ATS): 

      • (I.e. You are familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage the candidate lifecycle).


💻 Your tasks and responsibilities will be:

  • Resume Review: 

    • (I.e. You will evaluate and sort resumes received to identify candidates who meet the job requirements).

  • Interviews: 

    • (I.e. You will schedule and conduct interviews via Google Meet, using competency-based interview techniques to assess candidates' skills and cultural fit).

  • Candidate Follow-Up: 

    • (I.e. You will maintain communication with candidates throughout the selection process, providing updates on their status and answering their questions).

  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers: 

    • (I.e. You will meet with hiring managers to discuss hiring needs, review candidate profiles, and obtain feedback on interviews).

  • Candidate Evaluation: 

    • (I.e. You will assess the information gathered during interviews and skills tests, providing reports to hiring managers).

  • Database Management: 

    • (I.e. You will update and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with relevant information about each candidate, as well as the stages of the selection process).

  • Data Analysis: 

    • (I.e. You will review recruitment metrics (such as time to hire, offer acceptance rate, etc.) to identify areas for improvement in the process).

  • Networking and Branding: 

    • (I.e. You will participate in networking events, job fairs, and employer branding activities to attract potential candidates).

🎯 Your Key Results will be:

At Bright we operate on the Objective Key Results system pioneered at Intel and used widely at Google and many tech companies. For this specific role, your Key Results  (upon which your success will be measured) is:

  • Objective: Increase the quality of candidates at Bright as we scale

    • Key result: Increase in a 10% our AVG Candidate Quality Ratio (CQR) in Q4 vs AVG Q3 (13% CQR)

  • Objective: Secure top-tier candidates to support and drive Bright's growth objectives while increasing the quality of candidates as we scale.

    • Key result: Fulfill 100% of Q4 2024 recruiting requests approved by September 19th. 2024, in accordance with Bright's staffing plan approval within SLA per role.
